INFORMATION YOU SHOULD KNOW WHEN ORDERING TICKETS FOR YOUR SCHOOL LUNCH PROGRAM

IT’S EASY TO ORDER OR OBTAIN PRICING — You may call us toll-free, mail or fax the order blank or your own purchase order, or email your ticket requirements. Simply state the quantity required, style number and color of ticket. Also, give school name imprint, title line and starting point of consecutive numbers.

SPECIAL TICKETS AVAILABLE — If tickets shown do not meet your requirements, please send samples so we can quote a price for your specific ticket.

NUMBERING — Styles No. 104, 105, 107, 109, 110, 114, 115, 127, 204, 205, 400 and 420 can be consecutively numbered. With these styles, most number sequences can be furnished without extra charge. Roll tickets have a number reset charge for each number group.

CODING FREE AND REDUCED LUNCHES — The most acceptable way, we have found, to code free, reduced, and regular lunch tickets is by using a six digit number:

10,000 Free could be numbered 100001 to 110000
20,000 Reduced could be numbered 300001 to 320000
50,000 Regular could be numbered 500001 to 550000

Here, the first digit indicates the group, the other five digits give you a consecutive number for counting purposes.
Although this system is used by many schools, we suggest that you check with your auditor to make sure it complies with local regulations.

COLORS OF TICKET STOCK — All tickets except Roll Tickets are available in six standard colors: Yellow, Green, Cherry, Blue, Salmon, White. In addition to these standard colors, six special colors are available: Bright Yellow, Bright Green, Bright Pink, Bright Blue, Bright Orange, Bright Red – in 110# weight. Call for pricing on these special bright colors. Custom Roll Tickets No. 630 and 650 are available in ten standard colors: White, Red, Blue, Gray, Yellow, Lilac, Orange, Green, Pink, and Light Brown.

WEIGHT OF CARD STOCK — Our standard weight ticket stock is 90#. This weight stock has proven to adequately serve the needs of practically all our school customers. You will notice however, that some tickets are available on heavier 110# or extra heavy 140# ticket stock. Extra charges will apply for the heavier ticket stocks. We recommend that tickets carried by students for a period of time such as 10-punch, 20-punch, or 31-punch, be ordered on heavier weight stock. To order 110# stock put the suffix “H” after the Style Number. For example: 107-P10H. To order 140# use suffix “HH”.

MINIMUM ORDER — The minimum quantity that can be ordered for any one style is 5,000 tickets. Please note the special quantity requirements in the Roll Ticket Section of this catalog.

DELIVERY TIME — Shipments are usually made within two weeks, however, during our peak months of June, July and August delivery times do run longer.

IMPORTANT: To assure delivery of tickets for the beginning of school year in August or September, it is essential that you place your order as early as possible. (Many schools place orders in May or sooner to assure August delivery.) Arrangements can be made to hold finished tickets until you need them. Invoicing will occur after shipment is made.

TERMS — 30 days Net. We will invoice after shipment is made. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Shipping charges will be added to invoice. (If you need shipping cost for your order, please call.) Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. We also accept credit cards. (MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express)

ORDER EARLY! — From October to April, orders are usually shipped within two weeks. If you are ordering for your next school year, please ORDER EARLY. June, July and August are our peak months and delivery times during this period do run longer. Many schools place orders in May or sooner to assure August delivery.
